Valerie Leger CAP
Valerie Leger CAP PELE, NB - Valerie Leger, 67, husband of Hectorine Leger (Richard), of Cap Plé, passed away at the Moncton City Hospital on September 4, 2003 after a sudden illness. Born in Trois Ruisseau on December 26, 1935, he was a son of the late Alfred Leger of Trois Ruisseau and Dina Robichaud of Pointe Sapin. Valerie was a retired truck driver and worked for Adrice Cormier & Fils. He attended St-Thérèse D'Avila Cap Plé Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Hectorine Leger (Richard); mother, Dina Leger (Robichaud); two daughters, Janita Poirier (Fernand), Shediac Bridge, Donna Boudreau, Shediac; four sisters, Florence Bouthelier, St-John, Rhola Marshall, Shediac, Auréa Nima (Donald), St-André, Joanne Makino, Pugwash, NS; one half sister, Fernande LeBlanc, Amherst; two brothers, Napoleon Leger, St-André, Alderic Leger, Shemogue; two half brothers, Alban Leger (Aurella), Cap-Plé, Donat Leger, Cap-Plé; four grandchildren. Resting at St. Thérèse D'Avila Slumber Room, Cap-Plé with visitation on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm, Saturday 9:30 am til time of funeral. The funeral mass will take place at St. Thérèse D'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Plé on Saturday at 11am. Interment will take place at the Parish Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
