Patricia Y. Farrell 1925 - 2003 Patricia Y. Farrell of Riverview and formerly of North York, ON, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at The Jordon Life Care Center in River Glade on Monday evening , October 6, 2003 at the age of 78 years. Born in Capreol, ON on April 9, 1925 she was the daughter of the late Armand and Elizabeth (Picket) Durand. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church. Patricia was very kindhearted and compassionate, she dedicated her life to the care of her family whom she enjoyed very much. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 55 years C. Joseph "Joe" Farrell; daughters, Cindy Lewis (John) and Tracey Murray all of Riverview, NB; sons, John (Lynn) of Bridegwater, NS. Dan (Kim) of Dartmouth, NS. Mike (Janet) and Tim all of Riverview, NB; grandchildren, Christa, Tara, Riley, Eryn, Andrew, Nick, Nancy, Melanie and Bridgett; great grandchildren, Kyra and Logan; brother, John Durand (Marilyn) of Ottawa; also by several nieces and nephews, and many friends. Besides her parents she was predeceased by a brother, Armand Jr. Resting at Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd. on Wednesday October 8, 2003 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. There will be parish prayers said at the funeral home Wednesday evening at 8:30pm. The funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, October 9, 2003 at 2 pm with Fr. Jeff Doucet officiating. Interment will be in Alderwood Cemetery. In Patricia's memory, donations made to The Diabetic Association would be appreciated by her family.
