Mabel A. Ramey 1905 - 2003 Mabel A. Ramey, who resided at the Lefurgey Residence, Moncton, for the past seven years,and formerly of Chartersville Rd. Dieppe passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, October 13, 2003 at the age of 98. Born in East Amherst, NS she was the daughter of the late R. Wilson and Marie (Church) Beatty. She was a former employee of the T. Eaton Company for 10 years and had retired as a housewife. Mabel also attended Humphrey Memorial United Church. She is survived by one son Robert Ramey (Lorna Horsman) and one grandson Scott of Moncton. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Predeceased by her husband Victor C. Ramey in 1998, and also by four sisters and one brother. There will be no visitation or funeral service at the request of the family. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
