Heather A. Wilbur Heather A. Wilbur, 27, of Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, October 21, 2003. Born in Moncton, Heather was the daughter of James (Jim) and Doris (Roddick) Wilbur. Heather was a member of the Ladies Professional Golfing Circuit Futures Golf Tour, she was a member of St. John's United Church, a graduate of Harrison Trimble High School and Moncton New Brunswick Community College, a member and former employee of Country Meadows Golf and Country Club and former employee of Acadia Toyota. She was a member of the CPGA, former NB and NS Ladies Amateur Golf Champion, former NB Junior Ladies Amateur Champion, in 1997 she received the NB Sports Award for Female Athlete of the year and was the recipient of the Moncton Excel Award for Female Athlete of the Year in 1995. Besides her parents, Heather will be sadly missed by her sister, Laura, Moncton; paternal grandmother, Eva Wilbur, Moncton; several aunts, uncles, cousins and her many friends. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) Thursday 6-9. Funeral Service at St. John's United Church, Alma and Victoria Street, Friday, October 24, 2003, 1pm, Dr. Douglas MacEachern, Rev. Paul Cumming officiating. Reception in the church hall following the service. Interment, Fair Haven Cemetery.
