Frank Allen 1922 - 2003 The death of Frank Allen, of Woodlawn Drive, Moncton, occurred at his residence on Sunday October 26, 2003. Born in Bedfordshire, England on September 20, 1922 he was the son of Raymond and Ellen Kathleen (Dickins) Allen. Prior to his retirement he was employed with Maritime Cooperative Services for over thirty years. He was a member of Uplands United Baptist Church. Frank is survived by his daughter Anne Buttenshaw (Hugh) of England; his brothers, William (Edith) of River Glade; Tom of Salisbury; his stepchildren, Susan McKay of Cherryfield and Terry Atkinson of Moncton; his sister-inlaw, Shirley Allen (late George) of Riverview; several nieces, nephews; grand nieces and grand nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; his first wife, Selma Potter; his second wife, Hattie Lounsbury and his brother George. Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home (852-3530) 1177 Salisbury Road MONCTON with visiting hours on Saturday November 1st from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. As well as 1:30 to time of funeral at 3:30 pm on Sunday November 2nd at Uplands United Baptist Church, Salisbury Road Moncton. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
