Barbara Anne Russell MIRAMICHI, NB - The death of Barbara Anne Russell, wife of Hugh Russell of Mt. St. Joseph Nursing Home and formerly of Ideal Court, Miramichi, NB occurred on Friday, October 31, 2003 at the age of 66. Born in Newcastle, Barbara was the daughter of the late Sylvie and Romaine (Saulnier) Roy. She was a homemaker and long time member of Alnon Group. She is survived by six daughters, Kim Matchett of South Esk, NB, Deborah (Mrs. Bruce Anderson) of Miramichi, NB, Susan (Mrs Allan Lynch) of South Nelson, NB, Fay (Mrs. Gerald Reagan) of Miramichi, NB, Sandra (Mrs. David Hubbard) of Strathadam, NB and Darla Russell (Bruce Williams) of Miramichi, NB; one son Todd (Cynthia) of Miramichi, NB; three sisters, Eleanor Ramsay, Sonia (Mrs. Frank McKenzie) and Mary Roy all of Miramichi, NB; two brothers, Richard (June) of Miramichi, NB and Darrell of Mississauga, ON; 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son Glen. Family will receive relatives and friends at Bell's Funeral Home on Saturday 7-9 and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 2 P.M from St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
