Marguerite Gallant
Marguerite Gallant 1919 - 2003 CAP-PELÉ, NB - Marguerite Gallant, 84, of Cap-Pelé, formerly of Champlain Street, Dieppe, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of the late Amedée and the late Marie Anne (née: Wallace) LeBlanc. She was a parishioner at Ste. Thérèse-d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Pelé, formerly of Ste. Thèrése Parish, Dieppe, and a former member of the Club d'Age d'Or de Dieppe. Mrs. Gallant is survived by one daughter, Rose Marie (Clifford) LeBlanc of Cap-Pelé; four sisters, Emma Wallace, Jean (Adrice) LeBlanc, Bernice Philipps and Theresa Wallace, all of Saint John, NB; four brothers, George (Cecile) LeBlanc, Emile LeBlanc, Raymond (Bernadette) LeBlanc, all of Saint John and Maurice (Rita) LeBlanc of St. Stephen as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Théodore in 1984. Visitation will be held from the Ste. Thérèse-d'Avila Funeral Salon (CapPelé) on Thursday, December 11, 2003 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 pm and on Friday, December 11, 2003 at the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Ste. Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB on Friday, December 12, 2003 at 11 am. Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB. Donations to the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital Foundation "Oncology" would be appreciated by the family.
