Cheryl (Sherry) Judith Sherwood 1949 - 2003 The death of Cheryl (Sherry) Judith Sherwood, wife of Wayne, of Laura Lane Moncton occurred after a lengthy illness at the Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital on Tuesday, December 30, 2003. Born in Moncton May 31, 1949 shewas the daughter of Bonnie (Beaman) Hope and the late Ronald Hope. Sherry graduated from Harrison Trimble High School in 1969 and the following June married Wayne. They lived in the Sussex area for several years before moving back to Moncton in the early 1990's. Sherry had been employed with Canada Post and also as a Special Care worker at McConchie Special Care Home in Norton. While living in the Sussex area she enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Sussex Corner Bowling League. She had attended Parkside Baptist Church, Moncton. She is survived by her husband Wayne; her mother Bonnie of Moncton; her daughters Kandi Murphy (James) of Belle Isle Creek, NB and Jodi Sherwood of Moncton; she is also survived by hersisters Faye of Moncton and Wendy Duffy of Toronto; as well as three brothers Craig (Gisele) Hope of Moncton, Kim (Donna) Hope of Woodstock and Steve Hope of Moncton; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by her father Ronald Hope several years ago. Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home (852-3530) 1177 Salisbury Road Moncton with visiting hours on Friday January 2, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be in Fair Haven Funeral Home Chapel Saturday January 3, at 2pm, followed by a reception in the family reception room of Fair Haven Funeral Home.
