Kenneth M. Beal 1929 - 2004 The death of Ken Beal, age 74, of Sackville, occurred at the Moncton City Hospital on Sunday, January 11, 2003. Born in Sackville, he was a son of the late Harry and Jessica (Chase) Beal. Ken worked for years at J.L. Black and Sons, then at the Enterprise Foundry. He was a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church, the Sackville Fire Department for 28 years, the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Sackville Lions Club. He was a manager for the Sackville Combines and President for the Sackville Minor Hockey. He will be sadly missed by his wife, the former Margaret Noiles, of Sackville; two sons, Stewart (Sharon), Winnipeg, MB, Stephen (Bonnie), Waterloo, ON; one daughter, Susan (Richard) Davis, Enfield, NS; five granddaughters; one grandson; one sister, Helen Ward, Sackville; two brothers, Chesley (Ruth), Amherst and Henry (Ruby), Shubenacadie, NS. He was predeceased by brothers, Norman, Victor, Ronald, Murray and Gordie. A memorial service will be held at the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St, Sackville, NB (364-1300) on Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at 11 am, Fr. Kevin Stockall and Pastor Hal Lowther officiating.
