Irene M. McGinnity Irene M. McGinnity, 78, of Riverview passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, January 31, 2004. Born in Moncton, daughter of the Late Richard and Zelda (Cormier) D'Amboise. Irene was a homemaker and attended the Catholic Church. Irene was a member of the Ladies Auxillary of the Moncton Garrison Sergeant's Mess for many years, member of the Dart League, Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 6, 31 Air Force Veteran's Club and a member of the Ladies of Evans Pride Lodge # 675 Auxillary to U.T.U., enjoyed dancing and continued to attend the Legion dances regularly. Irene will be sadly missed by her sons, Michael (Alana), Richard, Moncton; daughter, Melanie, Fredericton; grandsons, Dana, Devon and Christopher (Pam); granddaughter, Tanya; great grandson, A.J.; as well as brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friend and companion, Cecil Steeves. Predeceased by her husband, John (Jack) McGinnity (1986). No visitation by request. Funeral Service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton, Tuesday, February 3, 2004, 11am. Deacon Henry Pitre officiating. Reception following the service. Interment, Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery.
