Marguerite Cormier
Marguerite Cormier Marguerite Cormier, 76, wife of the late Désiré Cormier of Cocagne passed away Monday February 23, 2004 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born March 10, 1927 in GrandeDigue, she was the daughter of the late Auguste and Marie Vautour. She is survived by nine daughters, Florine LeBlanc, Angela Gallant (Dave) of Cocagne, Lucie McCormick (Lionel) of Dartmouth, Cécile LeBlanc (Donald) of Bouctouche, Anne-Marie Léger (Telex) of St-Joseph-de-Kent, Denise Cormier (Gilles), Diane LeBlanc (Raymond) of Notre-Dame, Annette Melanson (Albert) of Robichaud Office, Louise Després (Bernie) of Moncton; eight sons, Donald (Yolande), Adrien (Pierrette), Armand (Carmella), Michel (Ginette) all of Cocagne, Henri (Rachel) of Saint-Antoine, Irené (Jeannette) of McDougall Settlement, Raymond (Cécilia) of Calgary, Bernard (Sheila) of Moncton; six sisters, Germaine Goguen (late Ephreme) of Notre-Dame, Rose LeBlanc (Brose) of Shediac, Émilia Bourque (Edmond), Anne-Marie LeBlanc (Orice) of Grande-Digue, Jeanne-d'Arc LeBlanc of Saint-Antoine, Alma Bourque (Léonard) of Scoudouc; Ulysse Vautour (late Jeannine) of Grande-Digue, Yvon Vautour (Cécile) of Cap-Pelé, 35 grandchildren, 24 greatgrandchildren, several nieces, and nephews. Besides her husband Désiré (1991); two brothers, Alcide, and Adrice predeceased her. Remains resting at St-Pierre Roman Catholic Church, Cocagne N.B from where the funeral mass will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday February 26, 2004. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
