Aurele J. Bourque "Rene's Bakery" 1924 - 2004 Aurele Bourque, 80, of Dieppe, passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2004, at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born in Dieppe, he was the son of the late William and the late Evangeline (née: Bourque) Bourque. He retired as owner/operator of Rene's Bakery, (Steadman St.), was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council #1310, the Club d'Age d'Or de Dieppe and a parishioner of Ste. Thérèse Roman Catholic Church. Mr. Bourque is survived by his wife, Florine (née: Cormier); two daughters, Linda (Kurt) Wermelinger of St. Anselme and Janice (Gary) Boczar of Panama City, Florida; one son, Gary of Moncton; one sister, Dorilla Cote of Seal Beach, California; five grandchildren, Yves, Monica, Nathalie, Jeremie and Alexandre as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four sisters, Ella, Irene, Florine and Elise and also by three brothers, Fred, Emile and Alderice. Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Thursday, March 4, 2004 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Ste. Thérèse Roman Catholic Church on Friday, March 5, 2004 at 11 am. Donations to the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
