Muriel Joyce Squires 1928 - 2004 Muriel Joyce Squires, of Moncton, passed away at The Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Monday, March 8, 2004 at the age of 75 years. Born in Trout Brook, NB on May 30, 1928 she was the daughter of the late Bertrand and Hildred (Mullin) Baisley. She is survived by daughters, Margaret Nixon of St. Catherines, ONT, and Bonita Jean Cote of Moncton; sons, Kenneth Lumsden (Brenda) of Moranville Alberta, Winford Bud (Pam) of Saskatchewan, Raymond Squires of Texarkana, USA, and Michael Squires (Nancy) of Riverview; sisters, Edna LeBreton (Clark Turner)of Riverglade, Willa Geldart (Dennis) of Moncton, Della Matchett of Newcastle, and Evelyn LeBlanc (Dennis Ambrose) of Moncton; brothers, Delbert Baisley of Newcastle, Harold Baisley (Dorcas) of Newcastle, and Elmer Baisley of Moncton; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Also by a special friend, Johnny Caissie of Notre Dame. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Raymond J. Squires in 1965; sisters, Josephine Jones and brothers, Guy and Boyd. Resting at Tuttle Bros. Memorial Chapel, 171 Lutz St. on Wednesday March 10, 2004 from 1:00pm until time of service at 2:00pm with Rev. Harold MacDonald officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
