Dauphine Gauvin
Dauphine Gauvin 1914 - 2004 Dauphine Gauvin, 89, of Residence Belle Vue and formerly Amirault St., passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2004 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and the late Alice (née: Bourgeois) LeBlanc. She was a member of Les Dames de SteAnne as well as a parishioner of St. Anselme Roman Catholic Church. Mrs. Gauvin is survived by two daughters, Rosa Leger (Eloi Richard) of St. Anselme and Maria (Paul) LeBlanc of Dieppe; one son, Gerald (Janice) of Chartersville; one sister, Lucie (Raymond) Melanson of St. Anselme; one sister-in-law, Anna LeBlanc of Shediac; four grandchildren, Joanne (Reno), Suzanne (Ronald), Marc and Charline; two great grandchildren, Tina and Mathieu and also by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Fred in 1996; one sister, Ida and by three brothers, Souverain, Emery and Blair. Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Sunday, March 14, 2004 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and also on Monday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from St. Anselme Roman Catholic Church on Monday, March 15, 2004 at 11 am. Interment in Parish Cemetery, Dieppe, NB. In her memory, donations to NB Heart & Stroke Foundation or memorials of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
