Doris Landry 1929 - 2004 CAP-PELÉ, NB - Doris Landry, 75, wife of Gérard Landry of Cap-Pelé passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at the St. John Regional Hospital, Saint John, N.B. Born in Bas Cap-Pelé, February 17, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Simon Niles and the late Georgina Vautour. Prior to her retirement, she was employed with Leslie Léger & Sons Ltd. She will be sadly missed by loving family, husband Gérard; four daughters, Alfreda Doiron (Terry), Francine LeBlanc (Everard) and Monette Landry (Tony Goguen) all of Bas Cap-Pelé, Marita LeBlanc (Gaston) of HauteAboujagane; a son, Eugène (Marina) of Petit Cap; four sisters, Emilie Myers of Montréal, QC., Anita Richard of Moncton, Yvonne Roy of Dieppe, Louisa Maillet of Bas Cap-Pelé; a brother, Frank Niles of Dieppe; 12 grandchildren, Sylvette, Carole, Luc, Nicole, Marise, Lucien, Marie-Josée, Paulette, Marc, Angèle, Monica, Janelle and seven great grandchildren, Sébastien, Patrick, Samuel, Karine, Janie, Alexis. She was predeceased by two daughters, infant Denise (1958), Janice Cormier (1996); a sister, Edith and five brothers, Ovila, Ben, Edwin, Adolphe and Henri Niles. Resting at funérarium Frenette, 2642 Acadie Rd., Cap-Pelé (577-3297) with visitation on Friday from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. and Saturday from 10a.m. until time of departure at 10:50a.m. The funeral mass will be held at Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Pelé on Saturday, April 3, 2004 at 11a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
