Frances Lillian MacNeill 1916 - 2004 Frances Lillian MacNeill, 87, formerly of People's Park Tower, Moncton passed away on April 3, 2004 at The Moncton City Hospital. Frances was born in Prosser Brook, NB on November 22,1916 the daughter of the late John and Edith (Geldart) Garland. Frances was a homemaker and she loved to spend hours quilting and knitting. She was a very special lady who loved her family. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. She will be sadly missed by her four daughters, Judy Steeves (Ivan), Glendine Snider (Bernard) both of Hillsborough, NB; step-daughter, Ferne Neson of Sussex, NB; daughter-in-law, Peggy LeBlanc (Aurele) of Riverview, NB; one step-son, Vaughan Milton (Sylvia) of Riverview, NB; one sister-in-law, Amy Smith of Harvey, NB; nine grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her first husband, Enoch B. Milton; second husband, Douglas MacNeill; son, Darrel; grandson, Gregory Milton; five sisters, Mary, Ethel, Mabel, Annie and Hazel; four brothers, John, Robert, Joseph and Stanley. She will be resting at Albert County Funeral Home, Hopwell Cape, for visitation on Monday, April 5, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.The Funeral service will be held at Albert County Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at 2:30pm with Rev.Lenard Geldart officiating.Interment will be held in the Greenhill Cemetery, Edgett's Landing at a later date. In leu of flowers, donations to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital or to the charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
