Jack Ernest Matthews LAKEBURN, NB - Jack Ernest Matthews of Lakeburn, NB passed away Tuesday April 27, 2004 at the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital, Halifax, NS. Born February 18, 1957 in Moncton, NB. Jack was a carpenter up until the time he took ill. Jack will be sadly missed by his wife, Regina (Cormier) Matthews, his two children, Michael and Cheryl both at home; his mother, Viola (Melvin) Matthews; six sisters, Carol Phillips (Jack) of St. Thomas, ON., Judy Portess of Melbourne, FL,. Brenda Gallant (Louis) of Shediac, Elaine Jessome (Michael) of Edmunston, Marsha and Karen Matthews both of Moncton; six brothers, Robert, Gary, Harold, Brian, Gregory (Karen) and Mark all of Lakeburn. He was predeceased by his father, Richard Matthews; two sisters; Marilyn Matthews and Shirley Doiron; a brother, James. Visiting hours will be held from Cadman's Funeral Home, 114 Alma Street, Moncton on Thursday from 7 to 9. The funeral service will be held from St. George's Anglican Church, Moncton on Friday April 30, 2004 at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Chris Vanbuskirk officiating.
