Gregory O. Steeves 1924 - 2004 Gregory O. Steeves, 80, of Peoples Park Tower, Moncton and formerly of Riverview, NB. Passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, June 15, 2004. Born in Moncton on June 9, 1924, he was the son of the late H. Osman and Florence G. (Erb) Steeves. Greg retired from the Dept. of Transport, Accounting Department. He was a member of Lakeburn United Church. He is survived by wife, Helen I. (Smith) Steeves; daughter, Jean and her husband, Richard Steeves of Riverview; two grandchildren, Kim and Scott; two great granchildren, Mimi and Wolfgang; a niece, Debbie Thompson and grand niece, Judith Rogers. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Vonda and her husband, Lorne Steeves. Greg is the last surviving member of his immediate family. No visitation at the funeral home, as cremation has taken place. A Private Family Graveside and Committal Service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery with Rev. Steve Berube officiating.
