Rene J. Thebeau 1938 - 2004 RICHIBOUCTOU-VILLAGE, NB - Rene J. Thebeau, 65, of RichibouctouVillage, NB, husband of Theresa (Cormier) Thebeau, passed away at home suddenly on Wednesday, June 16, 2004. Born in Acadieville, NB he was the son of the late Pascal Thebeau and Appoline (Daigle). He attended St. Antoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church, Richibouctou-Village. He was a former member of the Richibucto Lions Club and member of the Faro Lions Club in the Yukon. He is survived by wife, Theresa; one daughter, Patricia Landry (Michael), Hanwell, NB; two sons, Harvey, Sheffield, NB, Keith (Vicki), Lower Coverdale, NB; two granddaughters, Samantha and Jessica Thebeau, Lower Coverdale; five sisters, Agnas Richard (J. B.), Eveline Richard (J. B.), Elisa Robichaud (Elmo), Annette Doiron (Patrick), Rose LeBlanc (Vincent); three brothers, Medric, Raymond and Vital Thebeau; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by six brothers, Rene, age 8, Eddie, Camille, Leonard, Alban, and Joseph; one sister, Dora. Resting at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto with visiting hours on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Antoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church, Richibouctou-Village on Saturday, June 19, 2004 at 11:00 am. Interment in Alderwood Cemetery, Upper Coverdale Road, Riverview. In lieu of flowers, donations to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
