Reginald Kane MIRAMICHI, NB - Mr. Reginald (Reg) Kane, 68, of 1204 Upper Water Street, Miramichi, NB, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Wednesday, June 16, 2004. Born in Chatham, he was the son of the late Andrew and Alice (King) Kane. He worked as a labourer and attended St Michael's Basilica in Miramichi. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs Josie Shanahan (Blair) of Burlington, Ontario, Mrs. Agnes DuFour (Claude) of Ottawa; three brothers, James Kane (Lillian), Pelham Kane and Frank Kane (Carole) all of the Miramichi; and a special friend, Shirley Buckley of Miramichi; and several nieces and nephews. His remains will be resting on Tuesday from 7 to 9pm and Wednesday from 2 to 4pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday evening at 7pm from St Michael's Basilica, Miramichi, NB.
