
Camille Melanson
Camille Melanson 1938 - 2004 Camille Melanson, 66, of Dieppe, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2004 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Lewisville, he was the son of the late Irenée and the late Celestina (née: LeBlanc) Melanson. Mr. Melanson had retired from NB Tel as a C.O.I., was involved in the organization of events held during the Acadian World Congress in 1994 and a parishioner of Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Lucille (née: Parent); one daughter, Paulette (Wade) Morris of Moncton; one son, Bruno (Carmella) of Notre-Dame; five sisters, Thérèse (Bruce) Monk of Troy, Wisconsin, Andréa Boudreau and Marie (Arthur) Gallant, both of Barachois, Elose Tietolman of Shediac and Jeanne (Albert) Caissie of Moncton; six brothers, Laurie (Joan) of Leominster, Mass, Aimé (Adrienne) of Nanimo, BC, Jean-Paul of Bathurst, Marc (Francine) of Montréal, Antoine f.i.c. of Moncton and Léon (Isabelle) of Edmunston; two grandchildren, Veronique and Sarah as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Robert and Gérard. Resting at Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, with visitation on Sunday, June 27, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and also on Monday from 10 am until time of service. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church (Lakeburn) on Monday June 28, 2004 at 11 am. Interment in St.-Jacques-le-Majeur Parish Cemetery, Scoudouc, NB.
