Stella Leger Stella Leger, 75, wife of Yvon Leger, of Scarborough Street, Moncton passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2004 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton following a courageous battle with Cancer. Born November 6, 1928, in SteMarie, she was the daughter of the late Alyre Leger and Hélène LeBlanc. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 52 years, Yvon; two sons, Raymond (Cécile), Philippe (MarieReine); two granddaughters, Stéphanie and Shanelall of Beresford; a brother, Ulysse (Félixine) Léger of Ste-Marie; four sisters, Anita (late Louis) Melanson of Moncton, Bernadette (Richard) LeBlanc of St-Antoine, Fernande (Laurie) Drisdelle of Hartford, Conn, Thérèse (William) Pollock of Cocagne and by several nieces and nephews. By request there will be no visitation at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be held at Christ-Roi Roman Catholic Church, Moncton at 2p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2004. Interment will be in Mont-Carmel Roman Catholic Cemetery, Ste-Marie. Following the Funeral Mass a reception will be held at the Golden Age Club.
