Born in Lewisville, NB, he was the son of the late Arthur W. and Sarah LeBlanc; brother, of Anita Belliveau and Bertha Lirette of Dieppe NB, Dorilla Hanko and Lorraine Phillips of Oshawa, ON; Laurie of Sussex, NB. Predeceased by brothers, Aldrice and Leonard LeBlanc.
