Lillian Ruth Wright 1921-2004 Lillian Ruth Wright, 83, of Moncton passed away suddenly at her residence on Sunday, August 15, 2004. She was born in Edgett's Landing, NB, in 1921, the daughter of the late Purvis and Estella Rennison. She was a homemaker and attended the Lower Coverdale United Church. Lillian enjoyed quilting, sewing and knitting. She was a special lady who will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Rev. Ruth Wright of Vancouver and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husbands, Donald Wright and George Turner; brothers, Frank, Gerald and Harold; sisters, Geraldine Steeves, Cathryn Thurman and Pauline McClure; half brothers, Vaughn and Charles MacFarlane. A memorial service celebrating Lil's life will be held at the Lower Coverdale United Church on September 2, 2004 (time to be announced at a later date) with Rev. Carol Mullin presiding. Internment will be in the Grey's Island Cemetery, Hillsborough, NB. Donations to the Friends Of The Moncton Hospital, Lower Coverdale United Church or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
