Passed peacefully away at the Veteran’s Caribou Pavillion on February 25, 2009. Henry Gordon Young, aged 89 years. Predeceased by his wife Lillian, parents Harry and Edna, brothers: William and Cecil, sister Helen and partner Anastatia. Left to mourn are sons: Donald, Wayne, Paul (Judith); daughters: Dawn (Yvon), Elizabeth (Robert); brother Jim (Geraldine); grandchildren: Carolyn, Donna-Lynn, Christine, Jaclyn, Amanda, Aimee, Sydney, Wade, Matthew and great-grandchildren, as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Funeral service from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 2 p.m. with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. Flowers gratefully declined.
