Mrs. Evelyn Stewart ALMA, NS - Mrs. Evelyn Mary Stewart, 84, Alma, N.S., formerly of Tabusintac, N.B. passed away on Monday, September 13, 2004 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Tabusintac, N.B., she was a daughter of the late Sarah and John (Gratton) Blake. She is survived by her son, Blake (Leona); granddaughters, Wanda Druhan (David), Shelley MacPherson (James); great grandchildren, Samantha, Brett and Peyton. She is also survived by her sisters, Susie Acker; Theresa LeBouthillier; brother, Alfred Blake; very special friend and caregiver, Peggy Bradley; former daughter-in-law, Helen MacLeod; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald; sister, Emma Savoy and brother, Warmen Blake. There will be no visitation by her request. Her funeral service will be held on Friday at 4 o'clock from St. George's Catholic Church, Cavedell, N.B. Her family will receive friends at her home, 5075 Highway # 4, Alma, NS, on Sunday from 2 to 5 pm. Donations in her memory may be made to St. George's Cemetery Fund.
