Edouard LeBlanc
Edouard LeBlanc 1914 - 2004 Edouard "Ned" LeBlanc, 90, of Dieppe, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2004 at the Dr. Geor ges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born in Lakeburn, he was the son of the late Edouard and the late Catherine (née: Jean) LeBlanc. Mr. LeBlanc was owner/operator of a meat shop prior to his employment as a painter at NBCC - Moncton Campus from which he retired, he was a parishioner of Ste Thérèse Roman Catholic Church. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 64 years, Marie (née: Petitpas/Gallant); four daughters, Diana (Vaughan) Blainey of Gagetown, Elianne (Andy) Blanchard and Shirlee LeBlanc, both of Dieppe and Ida Parsons of Moncton; one son, Guy of Moncton; one brother, Clarence; 12 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Mr. LeBlanc was predeceased by two daughters, Therese and Dorice; one son, Edouard "Sonny"; three sisters, Ella, Angeline and Elzima and also by two brothers, Xavier "Dave" and Joseph. Visitation was held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901 on Friday and will also be held on Saturday from 9 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Ste-Thérèse-de- l' Enfant-Jesus Roman Catholic Church, on Saturday, September 18th, 2004 at 11 am. Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
