Margaret (Marjorie) P. MacDonald 1922 - 2004 It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Marjorie on Saturday September 18, 2004 at Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home with her loving family nearby. She was the beloved wife of the late Willard MacDonald who passed away in 1992. Marjorie will be sadly missed by her daughter, Shelley Rodgers (Patrick), Dawson Settlement; son, Gregory (Lucy Foster), Cole Harbour, NS. She was a wonderful grandmother to Michael, Rachael, Jesse Rodgers and Erika, Jordan, Jessica MacDonald. She will be lovingly remembered by her surviving family, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Born in London, England, Marjorie was predeceased by her parents, Emanual and Roseanna Mears and her brother, Victor. After marrying Willard in London in 1945, she arrived in Canada in 1946 where they raised their family in Riverview. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church and served with the church's UCW for many years. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Rd., Moncton (858-1995), Tuesday September 21, 2004, 2 to 4, 7 to 9. Funeral service at St. Paul's United Church, Cleveland Ave., Riverview, Wednesday, 11:00 am, Reception by the UCW following the service. Burial will be at 5:00 pm at the United Church Cemetery in Bloomfield Ridge beside Willard. Reception to follow at the home of Frances Moir.
