Adrien "Ned" Frenette
Adrien "Ned" Frenette Adrien "Ned" Frenette, 89, of Veteran's Health Centre, formerly of Churchill Street, Moncton, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at the centre. Born January 21, 1915, he was the son of Jean and Joséphine (Roy) Frenette. He was a retired employee at Eaton's following 38 years service, a veteran of W.W.2, member and honorary life member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Moncton Branch No. 6, member of Knights of Columbus 6468, Club d'Age d'or de Parkton, and Fairlane Senior Bowling. He is survived by his wife, Alma (Gauvin) Frenette of Moncton; eight children, Joanne LaBonté, Yvette Gormley (Bob), Pauline Barton (Bob), Denise, Louise Deware (Jim), Cécile (Paul), Suzanne (Mike), and Jean "Johnny" (Lynne); a sister, Rosalie Shipley; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by a son, Adrien Jr.; three sisters, Georgina, Eveline, and Rita; three brothers, Ted, Thomas, and Cléophas. Remains resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (8581900). Visiting hours Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. until time of departure (10:45). The funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 1, 2004 at Notre-Damede-Gr~ce Roman Catholic Church, Moncton. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. The Royal Canadian Legion, Moncton Branch No. 6, will hold a service of remembrance Thursday at 7 p.m. from the funeral home.
