RAYMOND SKIPPER
March 6, 1936 – February 26, 2009
Walter Raymond Skipper of Stony Beach, SK, passed away peacefully on Thursday February 26, 2009 at the age of 72. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years Faye; their daughters Laura, Carolyn (Doug), Patricia (Jody), and Robyn (Steven); grandchildren Dustin (Joleen), Courtney, Nolan, Brenden, Miranda, Javyn, Madison, Kenedi, and Shenae; his sister Audrey (Roy) and their family; brother-in-law Wayne (Doreen), nephew Kyle (Shanna), great-niece Juliana; niece Kendra, and the Sutcliffe family. Raymond was predeceased by his parents, Henry and Irene and step-father Allan; mother and father-in-law Cecil and Rose Huffman. Special thanks for all the loving support from Wayne, Doreen, our friends, the Stony Beach Community, Dad’s special nurse Marie, George and Julie from Home Care. The Celebration of Raymond’s life will be held at W.J.Jones & Son Chapel on Tuesday March 3, 2009 at 1:30 pm. Della Ferguson will officiate. Private family interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery. Memorials to Home Care, c/o the Moose Jaw Health Foundation, 455 Fairford St.E., Moose Jaw, S6H 1H3, would be appreciated.
