Darryl Gerard Sampson Darryl Gerard Sampson, 34, of Riverview, New Brunswick, formerly of Louisdale, passed away at his residence in Riverview on September 27, 2004. Born in Antigonish, he was the son of David and Darlene (Touesnard) Sampson of Louisdale. He served in the Canadian Army with the Royal Canadian Dragoons from 1989 - 1992 stationed in Petawawa, Ont. He was employed with Securicor, and was a former employee of Hub Meat Packers in Moncton as a truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Beth (Mahoney) Moncton; sons, Daniel and Luke, both at home, sisters, Kim Joyce (Robert), Hammonds Plains, Claudine Sampson, Louisdale, maternal grandfather, Gerard Touesnard, River Bourgeois. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Delta and Adelard (Burns) Sampson, paternal step grandfather, Clarence Marchand, maternal grandmother, Cecile (Sampson) Touesnard. Visitation will be held in the Glen Samson Room in Louisdale, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm and on Friday from 10am till 2pm. Mass of Christian Burial to Celebrate the life of Darryl, will be held on Friday afternoon at 3pm, in St Louis Catholic Church, in Louisdale, with Rev Gary MacPherson officiating, burial to follow in St Louis Parish Cemetery. A Memorial in his honor will also be held on Thursday, October 7, 2004 at 10am at Holy Family Parish, 52 Falkland, Moncton.
