Jennie Isabelle Church SAINT JOHN, NB - Jennie Isabelle Church of Saint John, formerly of Petitcodiac and Salisbury, age 94, passed away, Tuesday, October 5, 2004 at the Carleton Kirk Lodge, Saint John. Born August 14, 1910 in Harewood, she was a daughter of the late Eastman D. and Rhoda C. (Killam) Demont. She was a member of the Bethany Pentecostal Church, Saint John. She is survived by a son, Donald Parlee (Lois) of Saint John; step daughter, June Aud of Moncton; step sons, Ronald Church (Eunice) of Riverview, Donald Church (Daryl) of Halifax; daughter-in-law, Yoland Church of Montreal; sisters, Sadie McCully of Moncton, Celia Dobson of Petitcodiac; sisterin-law, Harriet Demont of Petitcodiac; brother, Curtis Demont (Leona) of Harewood; 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Wesley Parlee, her second husband, Aaron Church; son, Herbert Parlee; daughter, Opal Parlee; daughters-inlaw, Lella Parlee, Caroline Parlee; step son, Gerald Church; son-in-law, Donald Aud; sisters, Lena Gammon, Muriel Fowler, Stella Ogilvie, Velma Duncan, Edith McKay; brothers, Omer Demont, Basil Demont. Resting at Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac, with visiting hours on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The funeral will be held from Armstrong's Funeral Home on Friday, October 8, 2004 at 11am, with Rev. Michael Aud officiating. Burial will be held at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
