Doris E. Beatty Doris E. Beatty, 81, of Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Sunday, October 10, 2004. Born in Ripples, NB, she as the daughter of the late Melvin and Lillian (MacDonald) MacBeth. Doris was a former part-time employee of The T. Eaton Co. Moncton, with 25 years service and Adherent of Parkside Baptist Church. Doris will be sadly missed by her husband of over 64 years, Claude I. Beatty; daughters, June Horsman (Garnet), Brenda Currie (Lorne), and Claudia Rogers, all of Moncton; son, Philip of Moncton; nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; a sister, Jean Brown of Arlington, Mass; a brother, Robert MacBeth (Arthura) of Chipman, NB; sisterin-law, Peggy MacBeth of Ripples, NB; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters, Pauline and Effie; brothers, Melvin Jr., George, Lorne, Arnold and Earl. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home 1657 Mountain Rd., Moncton, (858-1995) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, on Wednesday, October 13, 2004, at 1:30pm with Pastor Russell Morehouse officiating. Reception following the service.
