Exelda LeBlanc
Exelda LeBlanc 1906 - 2004 Exelda LeBlanc, 98, of Résidence Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur, Dieppe, formerly of St. Anselme, passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2004 at her residence. Born in Haute Aboujagane, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and the late Léonie (née: Leger) Cormier. Mrs. LeBlanc was a former member of the Club d'Age d'Or de St.-Anselme and a parishioner of St.-Anselme Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by two daughters, Doris "Sr. Sophie, n.d.s.c." of Bouctouche and Lauraine (Norbert) Cormier of Norwich, Conn; five sons, Roger (Jeannine) of Preston, Conn, Valmont (Linda) of Moosup, Conn, Lionel (Laurina) of Dieppe, Jean (Joanne) of Moncton and Guy (Colette) of Carleton, QC; twin sisters, Céline Cormier and Mathilda Cormier, both of Sackville; one sister-in-law, Denise Cormier of Fitchburg, Mass; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Adolphe in 1986; two sisters, Agnes and Anna; three brothers, Camille, Auguste and Henri and also by one grandson, Michael. Visitation will be held at Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Friday, October 22, 2004 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Saturday from 10:00 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from St.-Anselme Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, October 23, 2004 at 11 am. Interment in St.-Anselme Parish Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
