Ethel W. Patterson Ethel W. Patterson, 85, of Riverview and formerly of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Friday, October 22, 2004. Born in Petitcodiac, daughter of the late James and Kate Upham. Ethel was retired from the T. Eaton Co. Ltd., with 39 years service and was a member of West Lane Baptist Church. Ethel will be sadly missed by her husband, Ralph Patterson; daughter, Lea McInnis (Murray), Moncton; grandchildren, Nancy McKinstry (Darrel), Morinville, AB, Laura McInnis, Moncton, Mike McInnis, Boston, Mass; great grandchildren, Aidan and Rachel McKinstry; stepchildren, Wayne Patterson, Washington, DC, Nadine Altay (Andy) Toronto, On; step-grandchildren, Katie and Brian Altay; several nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Predeceased by her husband, J. Benny McLaughlin; brothers, Ed, Ernie and Cecil; sister, Lou Roberts. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Rd. Moncton (858-1995) Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday, October 26, 2004, 1:30pm.
