Alma Lillian Steeves MOUNT MIDDLETON, NB - Mrs. Alma Lillian Steeves of Mount Middleton and formerly of Sussex Corner, NB passed away at her daughter's home on Sunday, October 31, 2004 at the age of 84. Born in Hillside, Albert County, NB on January 26, 1920, Alma was the daughter of the late J. Harold and Mary A. (Wilson) Martin and the beloved wife of the late Walter Joseph Steeves, who passed away in 2003. Alma is survived by her daughter, Mary Doherty and her husband, Dave of Mount Middleton; three sisters-in-law, Katherine Munro of Elgin, Shirley Ritchie of Riverview and Norma Collier of Boston; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren, as well as aunts, nieces and nephews. Alma was predeceased by two sons, Gary and Ronald and two brothers, Lee and Gerald Martin and by two sisters-in-law, Gloria Martin and Velma Steeves Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).
