Reid Wilson Stewart POLLETT RIVER, NB - Reid Wilson Stewart of Pollett River, age 84, passed away, Monday, November 1, 2004 at The Moncton Hospital. Born January 8, 1920 in Petitcodiac, he was a son of the late Charles and Dorothy (Wilson) Stewart. He was retired, having worked for CN and the Iron Ore Company. Reid was very active with the Liberal Party, a board member of the Jordan Life Care Centre, and played crib with the Petitcodiac Legion League. He is survived by daughters, Gayle Landers of Texas, Mary Morency of Harrington Harbour, Quebec, Carolyn Olsen of Ottawa; son, Gary of Moncton; sisters, Peggy of Amherst, Ida of Salisbury, Dot of Victoria, BC, Mary of Saint John; brother, Robert of Saint John; grandchildren, Scott and Jason Morency, Ryan, Caitlin, and Corey Landers, Nailla Stewart; great grandchildren, Reid and Lane, Sydney; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Alice "Allie" (White). Resting at Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac, with visiting hours on Friday from 7 to 9pm. The funeral will be held from Armstrong's Funeral Home on Saturday, November 6, 2004 at 11:00 am, Rev. Charlotte Youland officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery. www.armstrongsfh.com
