Joan F. Somers 1938 - 2004 SUDBURY, ON - In loving memory of Joan Florence Somers (nee Keirstead), who passed away Thursday, October 21, 2004 in Sudbury, Ontario at the age of 66. Born August 17, 1938 in Moncton, Joan was the only child of the late George and Marie (Leger) Keirstead of Hopewell Cape, NB. Beloved wife of the late, Lorne Somers, of Cannan Station; she will be sadly missed by daughter, Debbie and grandson, Sean Lyng of Cobourg, Ontario; son, Dan Somers (Paula) and granddaughters, Erica and Lauren Somers of Sudbury, Ontario. Joan was a sister-inlaw to, Gerry Somers of Yarmouth; an aunt to, Jim, Curtis, Brad and Tom Somers and Wendy Cooke (nee Somers). She was predeceased by a son, Matthew Somers. A graveside service will be held at the Riverview Cemetery, Hopewell Cape, NB on Saturday, November 6, 2004 at 11:00 am with Rev. Paul Taylor officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
