Charles "Allen" Smith 1924 - 2004 Charles "Allen" Smith, of Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday, November 12, 2004 at the age of 80. While he was born in Kenville, Manitoba, he grew up in Moncton and was the son of the late Charles A. and Mary (Lewis) Smith. He retired as a sales representative. Allen was a member of Highfield St. United Baptist Church and an honorary member of the Stepping Out 50+ Activity Center. He is survived by his wife, Carrie (Mullin) Smith; daughter, Sharon Gunn (Ian) of Riverview; son, David Smith (Bev) of Moncton; grandchildren, John Gunn and Rob Smith; a sister, Margaret E. Smith-Slingerland (Richard) of Niagara Falls, Ontario; an aunt, Margaret Smith (late James); and several cousins. Resting at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home, 171 Lutz Street, Moncton on Sunday, November 14, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Tuttle Bros. Memorial Chapel on Monday, November 15, 2004 at 10:00 am with Rev. Jonathan Steeper officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
