Frederick "Fred" Bennett Howard 1935 - 2004 "Fred" B. Howard, of Moncton, passed away at the K. E. Spencer Memorial Home in Moncton on Saturday, November 13, 2004 at the age of 69. Born in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Geoffrey and Kathryn (Rooney) Howard. He was a professional accountant (CMA) and retired from the Federal Government with 38 years of service. He was a member of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Parish. Fred was a former member of the Humphrey Lewisville Sunny Brae Lions Club. He is survived by his wife, Marion (Pineau) Howard; son, Geoffrey Howard of Moncton, NB; two daughters, Janice Howard of Fredericton, NB and Gayle Howard of Bathurst, NB; two sisters, Mildred Brydges of Rothesay, NB and Marion Fitzpatrick of Saint John, NB; and by his beloved dog, Josh. It is requested that no viewing or visitation will be held at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, Masters Road, Moncton on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at 11:00am with Father Allison Carroll officiating. The family will be receiving relatives and friends immediately following the Funeral Mass in the Church Hall. Internment will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton, NB.
