Frederick Scott MacDonald

Frederick Scott MacDonald 1919 - 2004 Frederick Scott MacDonald of Riverview, husband of Lillian (Hedgecoe) MacDonald, passed away at The Moncton Hospital Palliative Care Unit on Monday, November 15, 2004. Born in Moncton, July 31,1919, he was the son of the late John James MacDonald and Agnes Edith Mitchell. He was a Sergeant, having served with the Royal Canadian Air Force from 1941-1945. Fred was employed with the T. Eaton Co. Ltd for several years and retired as a sales representative with Kayser Co. Fred was also a member of the Moncton Golf and Country Club. In addition to his wife, Lillian; he is survived by his sister, Mona (Winston)McCully of Riverview; two nieces and a nephew. In addition to his parents; he was predeceased by brothers, Donald and Edward. There will be no visitation prior to the funeral service to be held on Friday, November 19, 2004 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home, Rev. Valerie Taylor officiating. A reception for Fred's family and friends will follow in the Garden View Reception Room. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the memorial of the donor's choice. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Special thanks to the nurses and staff of the Palliative Care Unit and 5200 Wing for the lovely care given to Fred.
