Francis Ouellette
Francis Ouellette 1933-2004 PETIT-CAP, NB - Francis Ouellette 71, of Petit-Cap passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at George Dumont Hospital on Monday, November 15, 2004. Born in Petit-Cap, he was the son of the late Amand and Marguerite (Arsenault) Brun and the late step father, Abel Brun. Francis was a trade mechanic in Toronto for many years. Then he retired in Petit-Cap, in his spare time he liked fishing, in his retirement years golfing was his sport. He was married to his wife of 50 years, Therese (LeBlanc) Ouellette. Also a loving father of three daughters, Diane Hanley (Fiance Bill Dovel) of Santa Clarita, California, Linda (Keith) Bressette of Toronto, Ontario, Gisele (Richard) Marcotte of Cambridge, Ontario and three grandson's, Christopher, Kevin and Dylan. Also survived by four sisters, Hermance (Leo) Richard of Somersville, Mass, Germaine (late Willie) Doiron of Shediac, Huberte (Felix) Cyr of Pictou, NS, Jeannette (Alphee) Leger of TroisRuisseau and four brothers, Henrie (Lorraine) Ouellette of Petit-Cap, Laurie (Giberte) Ouellette of Petit-Cap, Oscar (Levina) Ouellette of Cap-Pele, Amand (Elaine) Ouellette of Barachois; one step sister, Marie-Mai (Billy) Duguay of Shemogue and two step brothers, Jean (Therese) Brun, Norbert (Claudette) Brun of Petit-Cap. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his son, Micheal; and one step sister, Marguerite Melanson; and one step brother, Napoleon Brun. With respect for the family's wishes there will be no visitation prior to the service to be held on Monday, November, 22 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home. A reception for family and friends will follow in the Garden View Reception Room. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the charity of choice. The family would like to thank Father Jean Bourque for his support and the nurses at the palliative care for the excellent care for Francis.
