Golda P. Vincent 1925 - 2004 CALHOUN, NB - Golda P. Vincent, 79, of Calhoun, NB, passed away at at her residence on Saturday, November 20, 2004. Born in Cape Station, NB, she was the daughter of the late Wm. "Howe" and Frances (Powers) Reid. She was a member of Calhoun United Baptist Church and was also the church organist for 40 + years. Golda was also a life member of the Womens Institute in Calhoun and attended the missionary group at the church. She loved to knit, crochet, play bingo, dates and cards. She is survived by four daughters, Dawna Landry (Leandre) of Memramcook, Diana Atkinson (Russell) of Calhoun, Linda Vincent, at home and Wendy Burns (Donald) of Moncton; seven grandchildren, Kalvin Atkinson (Julie), Darren Landry (Jennifer), Randy Atkinson (Leeann), Jodi Landry (Andre), Travis Atkinson, Melissa Burns (Phillip) and Donald Jr. Burns; step-mother, Betty Williams (John) of Cape Station, NB; and by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Golda was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Austin Vincent in September 1986; a grandson, Bradley; and by two sisters, Mary Steeves and Maisie Tingley. Visitation is at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutz Street, Moncton on Monday, November 22, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, November 23, 2004 at 2:30 pm with Rev. David Evans officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Donations in Golda's memory made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by her family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
