Dorothy Whiteway WOODSTOCK, NB - The passing of Dorothy Whiteway of Woodstock, NB occurred at the Carleton Memorial Hospital on Monday, November 22, 2004, at the age of 70. Born in Scotland, she was the daughter of the late John and Jessie Magee. Dorothy is survived by two daughters, Ann Whiteway-Brown (Chris) Woodstock, NB, Jeanette Thornton (Sheldon) Woodstock, NB; two sons, Ian Whiteway (Sue) Riverview, NB, and Blake Whiteway Woodstock, NB.; five grandchildren and five step-grandchildren; one sister; and several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Alexandar Whiteway. Visitation will be held at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road in Jacksonville, NB, on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday at 2PM. Burial will take place at Murray River, P.E.I at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
