Gerald F. Petitpas SAINT-PAUL DE KENT, NB - Gerald Francois Petitpas, 79, husband of Mary Emily (Gaudet) Petitpas, of Saint-Paul de Kent, NB, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2004, at The Moncton City Hospital, following a lengthy illness. Born on April 11, 1925, in Adamsville, NB, he was the son of the late Joseph Petitpas and Lydia LeBlanc. He was employed as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic with the Irving Forest Department for 10 years, and attended SaintPaul de Kent Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Mary Emily Petitpas; two daughters, Bernice Allega (Jim) of New Market, ON and Geneva Landry (Joseph) of Rexton, NB; one son Jerry (Janice) of Bradford, ON; one sister Della LeBlanc (Bruno) of Rogersville, NB; two brothers, Simon (Late Flora) and Albert (Laura) both of Minto, NB; six grandchildren, Brian, Mark, Jesse, Sean, Tammy, and Connie; seven Great Grandchildren, Nicole, Courtney, Hailey, Jayden, Nathan, Kaitlyn, Devin; as well as several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one sister Bertha; and four brothers, Alderic, Emery, Normand and Armand. At the request of the family there will be no viewing. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, December 6, 2004 at 11:00 am at Saint-Paul de Kent Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Paul de Kent, NB. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
