Regina Caissie 1921 - 2005 SHEDIAC, NB - Regina Caissie, 83, of Villa Providence, Shediac, formerly of Dieppe, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at her residence. Born in Dieppe, she was the daughter of the late Florien and the late Marie (née: Bourgeois) Gauvin. She is survived by her husband, Lorenzo Caissie of Villa Providence; one daughter, Stella (Edward) Gauvin of Melford, Mass; one adopted daughter, Linda (Alyre) Cormier of Dieppe; one brother, Clorice Gauvin of Cocagne; 10 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Caissie was predeceased by her adopted son, Roger; three sisters, Florence, Eva and Florence; four brothers, Edgar, Clarence, Arthur and Christophe and also by one great grandson. Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901 on Thursday, January 6, 2005 from 7 to 9 pm, on Friday, January 7, from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Saturday from 9 am until time of departure. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from Ste-Thérèse-de-l'Enfant-Jésus Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB on Saturday, January 8, 2005 at 10 am. Interment in Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
