H. I. "Brud" Pridham

H. I. "Brud" Pridham 1927 - 2005 Brud Pridham, 77, of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, January 6, 2005. Born in Parsboro, NS, he was the son of the late Lebert and Vida (Reid) Pridham. He retired as an Executive Chef with Pan Artric. He was an adherant of Humphrey United Church. Brud served with the Royal Canadian Navy from 1944 to 1946. He was also a 60 year member of the Sunny Brae Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 54. His passion was cooking, he liked nothing better than to cook enormous meals for his children and especially for his grandchildren. He is survived by two daughters, Kathy Pridham of Harvey, NB and Janice Pridham of Scoudouc, NB; six grandchildren, Julie, Tara, Josh, Lindsay, John and Matt; by his close friend and former spouse, Lillian Pridham of Moncton; two sisters, Winona Rice of Moncton and Adrienne Mellon of Kingston, ON; and by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a sister, Elaine. The Memorial Service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Monday, January 10, 2005 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Steve Berube officiating. The Sunny Brae Branch #54 of the Royal Canadian Legion will be holding a legion Service at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home on Monday, January 10, 2005 at 1:45 pm. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery in the spring. Donations to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation or to the charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by his family.
