Leslie E. Beck NEW CANAAN, NB - Leslie Edward Beck, 65, of New Canaan, NB, passed away Friday, January 7, 2005 at The Moncton Hospital. Born at Hunters Home, he was a son of the late Martin and Mary (Hutchins) Beck. Leslie was member of the New Canaan Baptist Church and a former member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Havelock. Survived by his wife, Luella (Kierstead) Beck; children, Edwinna Campbell (Thomas) and Stephen of New Canaan, Lorrie Wood (Paul), Killams Mills; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brothers, Walter (Annie) and James (Loretta); sisters, Dora Phillips (Charles), Edith Price, Lola Brooker (J. Barry), Shirley Black (Joseph). Predeceased by brothers, George and Ernest; sisters, Beatrice Chown and Iva Smith. Visitation was held from the Havelock Funeral Parlour on Sunday. The Funeral will be Monday, January 10, 2005 at 2 p.m. from the New Canaan Baptist Church with Pastor Wayne Ward officiating. Interment at the New Canaan Cemetery at a later date.
