Passed peacefully away at the Agnes Pratt Nursing Home, St. John's on Thursday, Aug. 7, Frances Seward of New Perlican age 85 years. Predeceased by husband Augustus Seward. Leaving to mourn: sons Alfred James Seward (Cresy Rideout); and Augustus Francis Seward (Linda Dean); grandchildren James Seward (Kim); Stephen Seward (Rhonda); Jeremy Seward (Wanda); Devon Dean (Crystal); Stephanie Peddle (Matthew); Sister Phyllis Hill; 10 great grandchildren; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Green's Funeral Home, Winterton, Friday 7-9 p.m., Saturday 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday at St. Matthew's United with interment in St. Matthew's United Cemetery, New Perlican.
