Wallace Walter Tower "Grampy To All" 1938-2005 Wallace Walter Tower, 66, of Germantown, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at The Moncton City Hospital with his loving family by his side. Wallace was born in Salem, Albert County, NB, the son of the late Bliss and Hulda (Robinson)Tower. Wallace was a jack of all trades. He delivered mail from Moncton to Alma for several years, he worked at Fundy National Park and also worked as a woodsman and a farmhand. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fisherman. Wallace also belonged to the Albert and Alma Dart League and also played darts at the Hillsborough Legion. He enjoyed playing the mouth organ for his family and friends. Above all things, Wallace loved times spent with his family. His children and grandchildren meant the world to him. He had a great time teasing and playing with his grandchildren. He was a grampy to all and will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed by his children, Gerry (Joanne) of RiversideAlbert, Kenny (Kathy) of Alma, Jeff at home, Sandy (Dan Morgan) of Oromocto, Jackie of Riverside-Albert, Travis at home, David of Moncton and Gene (Wendy) of Albert Mines; his precious 16 grandchildren and five great grandchildren; sisters Carolyn Powers (Rodney) of Moncton, Violet Carle (Brian) of Ontario; brothers, Orland (Evelyn) of NS, Ralph (Lois) of NS, and Melvin of BC; sister-in-law, Nora Tower of West River and Betty Tower of Ontario. He will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his loving wife, Gladys; an infant daughter, Kelly Dawn; sisters, Myrtle, Nellie and Frances; brothers, John, Marven, Everett and Alvin; sisters-in-law, Lorraine and Patsy. The remains will be resting at the Albert County Funeral Home with visitation on Thursday evening from 7 to 9pm and Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The Funeral Service will be held at the Albert County Funeral Home on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at 2pm with Rev. Val Chongva officiating. Interment will be held in the Hopewell Cemetery, Hopewell Hill, in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
